ALU POHA

ALU POHA

Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day and it is often neglected and missed by most of us. If it is healthy and tasty then you can be energetic throughout the day. It is always hectic in the mornings at everyone’s house, but with proper planning and with available ingredients you can create wonders. Poha or beaten rice is one healthy option for breakfast. It is the most favorite breakfast item for Maharashtrians and Gujaratis. I have already a recipe in my blog called Kanda Poha which is another version of this tasty dish. I have avoided onions in this but you can very well include it if you wish so. I am confident it will be liked by all elders and kids both. Also the lemon adds a tangy taste and adds to the  flavor immensely.

I have been making my recipes with Nirlep Selec+ Cookware and it has added beauty to my kitchen besides being health friendly. I have used the frying pan here and and the most important factor here is this recipe uses very less oil and the outcome is simply delicious. It is a perfect kitchen equipment for any housewife and a pride for all people who love to cook and experiment in their kitchens. The handles here are tight fitted and won’t come loose while cleaning them off.
Coming back to the recipe and breakfast time this tastes awesome with masala chai. You can also make this for dinner or as an evening snack as well. It is a tasty option as well. Trying this recipe is very natural and easy and even bachelors and beginners can very well try this.
