CAULIFLOWER PEAS STIR FRY
This stir fries always are those curry recipes which can be made when you are in a hurry and out of time.I learnt it from my friend long back but somehow didn’t make it.It can be made well within 10 minutes.This can be served with rotis also but we had it with rice and rasam.It really tasted good with mild spices and even more good when served hot.Stir fries can be made with many veggies but since i had one big cauliflower in hand i made this.You can alternatively make stir fry with cabbage,cluster beans,long beans,carrot etc.I have added peas for extra taste,if you don’t have them skip it.Now over to the recipe.

- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
- handful Green Peas a
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Sambhar Powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- to taste Salt
Ingredients

- Cut the bottom part of cauliflower and take out the florets and wash in hot water and set aside.
- In a heavy kadai add oil, mustard and urad dal.
- Once they have crackled add peas and turmeric powder.
- Add cauliflower florets, sambhar powder and salt.
- Allow it to cook on a medium flame or you can cover with a lid.
- Cauliflower peas fry is ready.Serve with hot rice and rasam or with soft rotis.
Notes
You can add onions along with peas,if you want.
You can add coriander and red chilly powders in place of sambhar powder.
You can wrap this curry in a roti and give it for lunch box to kids.
