GOBI PARATHA
Gobi or Cauliflower Paratha is one the popular and tasty paratha variety from the Punjab region.It is stuffed in the wheat flour dough which is rolled and shallow fried.It is mildly spicy owing to the addition of spices and tastes great with any side dish such as vegetable or dal.
