Mohan Thal is actually a dessert from Rajasthan where sweets are eaten at almost any time of the day.It is a gram flour based fudge, but unlike it’s south Indian cousin Mysore Pak it has a crumbled consistency and the taste is simply unique and awesome.It is also served as prasad in many temples in north India and so can be called as sweets for the GODS.I had this at my north indian friend’s wedding many years back and the taste still lingers in my tongue.This recipe was given to me by my mother from a cookery magazine.It doesn’t sound…
