I first tasted onion rings at a party held in my hubby’s friend’s place.I thought it was bhajji and when i ate it’s taste was peculiar and different.Was thinking of how to ask the hostess,she came to me and said don’t miss onion rings.Then i knew it was not bhajji.I then asked her and she gave me the simplest of all recipes of onion rings.It is made out of maida and corn flour and not with besan.And the more important ingredient here is the buttertmilk.Some people add eggs,but being a hard core vegetarian,i avoided.You can makethis for a starter or…
