Mango Ginger Thokku is an aromatic and delicious pickle variety with mango ginger.Mango Ginger is neither related to mango nor ginger but to turmeric.It is a rhizome which gives a sweet smell of unripened mango when crushed.It tastes and smells predominantly of ginger with a faint taste of mango.Usually I have bought pickle from the grocery with this mango ginger but have never attempted to try.Last month when i had gone to purchase my weekly groceries,I saw the market loaded with these mango ginger and was tempted to try this out.A little bit of this aids digestion.cures asthma,bronchitis,cough etc. I…
