THAYIR VADAI/CURD VADA

` Curd vadai or Thayir Vadai is one of our family favourites.I like to make it because of the creamy curd texture and vada when mixed gives an exotic flavour to the snack.Normally when i make make Medhu Vada or urad dal vada,i reserve some batter extra or make some vadas extra so that i can make this.It is healthy as it involves curd and tastes really awesome.I have seen in Iyengar functions and marriages, the making of this snack is mandatory and they add this to their lunch menu. When you are preparing medhu vada next time you know what to do,yes, try out this yummy recipe but without adding onions and let me know..
