MANGO ICECREAM
There could be no one who doesn’t like ice creams,right?Well I am no exception to it and love ice creams of all sorts.Whenever possible I try to make ice cream at home and this time when there were lots of mangoes at home last week,tried this mango recipe which was soft,creamy and just melted in the mouth.This lip smacking ice cream is no hard work,but it takes time to make it,that’s all.I have used condensed milk and fresh cream which resulted in creamy texture of the ice cream. Dhivya loved it to the core and had two helpings in one go.What better way to use up mangoes than making ice cream with them.It was a truly satisfactory affair of making this delicious mango ice cream for me.
If you are really in for a fancy treat try pouring some chocolate sauce,caramel sauce or chopped nuts.I have just garnished with mint leaves which not only is in contrast to the yellow colour but fresh in taste and bite as well.You can also add some chopped mango pieces for a garnish,which will add to the taste.I am sure this irresistable recipe will be a super hit at all homes.It will be special to grace any occasion specially if it is homemade and that too without an ice cream maker.Try this delectable easy recipe and let me know.

- 2 Mangoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cream Whipped
- 1/4 tin Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup milk
Ingredients

- Chop mangoes and place it in a blender.
- Blend smoothly.
- In a vessel whip the cream.
- Transfer mango mixture to a bowl.Add whipped cream,condensed milk and sugar.
- Whisk again till smooth.
- Add milk.
- Mix well and pour it to a container.
- Freeze for an hour.
- Take out and blend again.
- Pour in the container and keep in the freezer.Repeat the process for 3 times.
- Once set take out.
- Serve in scoops with mint garnishings.
Notes
You can add chopped mango pieces for ganishing.
You can add chopped nuts on top.
