PAPAYA SMOOTHIE
Papaya is one wonder fruit.My hubby dislikes but i buy it for the sake of my MIL.She is a sugar and B.P patient and needs careful selection of veggies and fruits in her diet.I do try to make things different and tasty for her in her menu and when i made this smoothie and served with served with breakfast last week,she was all the more pleased.

So if you have any diabetic or people suffering from any diseases or even growing children this can prove to be a hit.Papaya has vitamins A and vitamin D along with antioxidants.Be sure to include fruits in your daily diet and stay healthy.Over to the recipe..
- Peel and take out the seeds of papaya fruit and cut into pieces.Place this in a blender.
- Add yogurt and milk.
- Grind to a smooth paste.
- Add honey if required and serve immediately.
Notes
You can chill the milk and add if you want to have chilled.
Adding honey is optional,if the papaya is ripe and juicy,that sweetnes would be enough.
