PEAS MASALA
One of the favorite sidedishes when we order at hotel is peas masala.I was wanting to post it for quite a long time, though i it often at home i didn’t have a chance to click it and post it. When i was tempted to eat this last week.i made it leisurely and had the time to capture it as well.Peas are always tasty and with the grounded gravy and the creamy texture it was simply out of the world. You can pair it up with rotis, parathas or even pooris and pulaos. The yummy recipe is below…

Recipe Notes
Notes
- You can use fresh peas as well.In that case use peas directly and no need to pressure cook just cooking in water is enough.
- Addition of freh cream enhances the taste .so you could add just while switching off the flame.
- Kasoori methi imbibes a unique flavour to the dish,so add it.
