PINEAPPLE BANANA MANGO SMOOTHIE

I can drink smoothies any time of the day without guilt.Mostly it would be at evening time,but I have it for breakfast too.This time I made a few recipes with pineapple and was having a bit lying on the fridge.So I made a combo of the fruits and made this yummy delight.The strong flavour of pineapple was dominant here,though mango and banana played their parts.It is a healthy habit to munch on fruit bits as a snack rather on oily snacks.The mango and banana flavours were tantalizing too.Hope many of you will try to put on a healthy habit following my words.

So to beat the heat this is a refreshing way way to stay cool and with the power packed ingredients you won’t be disappointed till the last drop.Even kids at home will enjoy this to the core.I have used fresh banana here,but if you freeze banana and blend it will turn out to be even smoother.If you are tired from work this is an instant energy booster.So start planning and make one smoothie each for your morning breakfast.Try with various fruits yourself and enjoy the variations.

  1. In a blender add pineapple chunks,cut banana and cut mango.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Add honey.
  4. Add yoghurt.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Serve immediately.

Add any frits of your choice.

You can add almond milk or coconut milk in place of milk.

You can add sweetener for a healthy option.

You can freeze the fruits and blend.
