In a bowl d rice flour, chopped onions, grated ginger, coconut and carrot, cumin seeds, turmeric powder.red chily powder, green chillies.coriander leaves, asafoetida and salt.
Add water and knead to a soft dough.
Now take a small ball and place it on a plastic sheet or a zip lock cover.
Flatten it in the form of roti.
Heat a tawa drizzle some oil and put the rotis.
Flip and cook the other side.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.

You can add chopped cabbage in place of onions.
Don’t knead the flour by applying pressure as it will result in breaking of rotis while roasting.
