Ingredients

spring onion
a chopped
to taste

TO MAKE SAUCE

maida

tsp
sugar

tsp
Soya Sauce

tsp
tomato sauce
Instructions
Chop all vegetables in juliennes .
Chop spring onions.
Take all ingredients in to make sauce table.
Make a paste.
Cook in a pan stirring continuosly.
The sauce is done.
Take a pan and add oil and throw in chopped onions and fry till pink.
Add spring onions.
And rest of the veggies.
Take half of the noodles and add to boiling water.
Wait till it is properly cooked.
Strain and keep aside.
Fry half of the noodles.
And keep aside.
To the fried veggies add now,prepared sauce and boiled nooldles.
Add green chilli sauce.
And fried noodles.
Mix well.
Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.
