Ingredients

Raisins

curry leaves

tsp
red chilli
Powder
1/2
tsp
turmeric
Powder
to taste
salt
Instructions
In a pan of hot oil fry little by little rice flakes.
Set aside in a strainer.
Fry roasted gram .
Set aside.
Fry groundnuts.
Keep aside.
Fry cashews .
And raisins.
Fry white til.
And curry leaves.
Mix all fried items in one vessel.
Add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Toss the mixture well.
Aval Mixture/Poha Chivda is ready.

Notes
You can add cut pieces of copra or dried coconut and add to the mixture.
You can add fried red chillies and and add to the mixture.
To spice up you ca also add kala namak or chaat masala.
