cheese
grated for garnishing
Instructions
Cook pasta in 2 cups of water and strain for future use.
Strain and keep.
In a pan add butter and onion.
Add chopped tomatoes ,salt and oregano.
Add now baked beans mixture.Make tomato puree with the remaining tomatoes and add to the mixture.Make a slurry or paste of corn flour and water.
Make tomato puree with the remaining tomato.
Add the puree to the mixture.
Make a puree with corn flour and water.
Add corn flour mixture to the soup .
Add pasta now.
Add 2 1/2 cups of water to the soup.
Baked beans pasta soup is ready.
Serve hot with grated cheese.
