Ingredients

cup
Plain Flour / Maida
1
banana
Ripe big

tsp
milk
2
tsp
butter
at room temperature
pinch
salt

brown sugar
Granulated Golden
a few
Butterscotch chips
Instructions
Take maida in a bowl.Add granulated golden brown sugar.
Chop the banana.
Mash the banana.
Add milk and mashed banana to the flour.
Mix well.
Make a smooth lump free clear batter.It should be of idli batter consistency.
Heat the tawa and add butter.
Pour in the batter.
As it starts to cook sprinkle butter scotch and choco chips one by one.
Once done slowly flip over and wait for a second.That heat should be enough for the other side to get cooked.
Take out.
Yummy treat to delight your kids is done.Serve with cut banana pieces and more choco/butterscotch chips.

You could add a pinch of baking soda to the batter for extra sponginess.
You can top with any cut fruits of your choice.
You can drizlle honey, maple syrup or strawberry syrup on top of the pancake.
