Instructions
Chop Onions and tomatoes and keep them ready.
Make a paste of gram flour and water without any lumps.
In a pan add oil and temper with mustard channa dal.
Add chopped onions and green chilly.
Add red chilly powder and turmeric powder. Also add chopped tomatoes.Mix well till the mixture turns mushy.Add salt.
Add besan paste now without forming lumps.
Cook well till raw smell goes away.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Besan Chutney is ready.

You can increase the spice as per your taste.
Lemon juice i prefer adding because it imparts a tangy taste.You can avoid it too.
