Instructions
In a pan add besan,garam masala powder,coriander powder and mix well.
Dry roast all the ingredients and cool.
Add red chilli powder and mix well.I didnu2019t add while roasting because that may cause the whole besan mixture black.
Chop capsicum and keep it ready.
In a pan add oil and temper it with jeera
Subsequently add capsicum pieces,salt and turmeric powder.
Squeeze half a lemon.
Add the roasted masala.
Fry well till oil leaves the sides.Besan wali simla mirch is served.Enjoy with rotis or rice.
