Ingredients

Red Powder

Pav Masala
Bhaji

coriander
Powder
a few
coriander leaves
to taste
salt

Tomato Ketchup
Instructions
Gently scramble paneer with your hands.
Add in all the dry ingredients, chopped onions, coriander leaves, tomato ketchup and salt to taste.
Mix all the above ingredients to form a nice filling.
Cut the edges of the bread and keep it ready.
Flatten with the help of a roti roller.Keep 2-3 pieces ready.The texture should smooth.
Keep the filling on the bread.
Gently roll the bread slice to meet both the ends.Seal both the ends with your hand.Alternatively seal with maida=water paste.
Rolls are ready.
In a tawa grease butter and gently place the rolls and fry on one side.
Flip on the other side.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Notes
You could add corn kernels,grated carrots,moong dal sprouts also along with paneer stuffing.
Adding pepper powder or chopped chilles will add extra spice.
Don’t avoid butter as that incorporates a nice crunch and taste to the roll.
