Instructions
Chop carrots and pressure cook it in a cup of milk.
Once cooked cooled down.
Take carrots seperately and place them in a blender.
Puree them.
Boil rest of the milk.Add comdensed milk and sugar.
Mix well.
Add the carrot puree .
Give it a nice boil.
In a small pan add ghee and fry cashewnuts,pista and raisins.Add them in to the carrot mixture.Carrot Payasam/Carrot Kheer is ready.

You can add a pinch of edible camphor for extra taste.
You can soak dry fruits and blend them alongwith the carrots.
Use full cream milk for rich taste.
