CHIKOO SOYA MILKSHAKE/SOYA RECIPES/SUMMER COOLERS
Sometime back I got an oppurtunity in kungumam thozhi,a tamil woman’s magazine to contribute for soya recipes.I made many things and have posted some of them here.This milkshake is one such recipe which is made with soya milk and that too homemade one.I have already a post in my my blog of homemade soyamilk and using that you can make this milkshake.As you all are aware of some people are allergic to milk and cannot enjoy milkshakes and icecreams.I also made one icecream with soyamilk which I intend to post sometime later.I made this with two ingredients and no one at home could make out it was made from soyamilk.Try this and let me know how it turned out.

  1. Cut chikoo into small pieces and put them in a blender.Blend to a smooth texture.
  2. Blend to a smooth puree d.Add soyamilk and blend again.
  3. Beat till it is foamy and done
  4. Chikoo Soya MilkShake is ready

Notes.

You can make the same milkshake with ordinary milk,but add 2 teaspoon sugar while blending.

You can add fruits like apple,fig or papaya in place of chikoo.
