Ingredients

Grated
to taste

a few
coriander leaves
Instructions
Make idlis and cool down or take left over idlis.
Cube them.
Deep fry them in a pan of oil.
Take them out.
Chop vegetables and keep ready.
In a pan add oil and jeera.Add grated ginger.
Add onions and fry till pink.
Add tomato and capsicum.
Add red chilly powder,pav bhaji masala powder and salt.Cook till mushy.
Add fried idlis now.
Add lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve piping hot directly from kadai with onion raita or curd.

Addition of garlic alongwith ginger enhances the flavour.
You can add green peas in place of capsicum.
Serve with any chutney or raita of your choice.
