  1. Cut paneer cubes .
  2. In a bowl add maida,corn flour,salt,baking soda and red chilly powder.
  3. Add water and make a thich batter.
  4. Add paneer cubes and coat well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add coated paneer cubes in the hot oil.
  6. Take out once golden brown.
  7. In a pan add crushed garlic,grated ginger and then chopped onion.
  8. Add red chilli powder,black pepper powder and salt and saute. Add capsicum cubes.
  9. Wait till they are fried a bit.
  10. Add now the fried paneer cubes.
  11. Add soya sauce.
  12. Toss well.
  13. Garnish with spring onions.Tasty Chilli Paneer Dry is ready.Enjoy it as starter or as a snack.

Notes

Fry paneer cubes golden brown and crisp.

You can add ginger garlic paste in place of grated ginger and garlic.

Fry paneer in batches otherwise they will stick to one another.
