CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Ingredients
- 1/2cup CocoaPowder
- 1/2cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4cup White Sugar
- 1/2cup Milk
- 1cup Cream
- 1/2tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2tsps ChocolateChips(white and brown)
Instructions
- In a wide vessel add cocoa powder,brown sugar,white sugar and vanilla essence.
- Mix evenly.
- Add milk.
- Whisk cream and set aside.
- Add this to the cocoa mixture.
- Whisk and set aside.
- Pour in a plastic container.
- Place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Take the chocolate mixture and place it in a blender.
- Blend nicely.
- Place it in the freezer again.
- Serve after 6 more hours or until nice and creamy.Decorate with white and brown choco chips.

Serve with chopped nuts or cherries.
You can pour hot chocolate sauce over the ice cream for more taste.

Use full cream milk and double cream for better results.
