Instructions
  1. Mix corn flour in water without lumps.
  2. Add food colour to it.
  3. Take a pan and add ghee.Roast cashews and keep aside.
  4. Make a syrup with sugar and water.
  5. Wait till it reaches one string consistency.
  6. Add corn flour mixture now.
  7. Allow it to cook and keep on stirring to avoid lumps.
  8. Keep on cooking.
  9. Once it is glossy add ghee.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Cook till ghee leaves sides and add roasted cashews.
  12. Spread the halwa in a greased plate.
  13. Cut in to squares.Corn Flour Halwa is ready to enjoy.
