Instructions
  1. Take all the ingredients give in the to grind table.
  2. Grind nicely.
  3. In a pan add oil and temper jeera.
  4. Add onions and saute.
  5. Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour.
  6. After the onions turn pink,add peas and corn.
  7. Add the ground paste.
  8. Add some water to cook.
  9. Add the soaked rice now.
  10. Add water and transfer the contents to a pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles.
  11. Corn Peas Pulao is done.
  12. Serve hot with any dry curry or raita.I paired it with potato curry.

Notes

You can grind with pudina leaves in place of coriander leaves.

You can add baby corn in place of corn kernels.
