Instructions
Remove seeds from dates and cut them to small pieces.Or if using deseeded dates cut them to small pieces directly.Boil this water till soft.
Allow this to cool.
After straining put them in blender add sugar.
Grind to a smooth paste.
Boil milk with cardamom powder till it reduces to half.
Add the ground paste.
Mix well and boil for 5 miutes.
Add fried cashews on top.
Dates Kheer is ready.

You can add chopped nuts of your choice on top.
For rich taste add one fourth tin of milkmaid,but checkĀ for the consistency.It should neither be too thick,nor too thin.
Addition of cardamom powder adds to the aroma.
