Ingredients

cup
milk
powder
1/2
can
Condensed Milk
a few
Strands
saffron
2
tsps
ghee
1/2
tsp
cardamom
Powder
Instructions
Soak saffron strands in warm milk..
In a pan combine milk powder and condensed milkand cook on slow heat.
The mixture will turn liquidy,keep on stirring.
Add ghee.
Add cardamom powder.
Wait till the whole mixture is combined to a whole mass.
Flatten it o a greased plate with the help of a rolling pin.
Make circular shapes.
Doodh Peda/Milk peda is ready.As you can see I made a small impression with a star shaped cookie cutter in the center.

Notes
While mixing milk powder and condensed milk be careful so as to avoid lumps.
Addition of cardamom powder is optional,I have added,you can avoid if you want milky flavour.
Cut into round shapes after the mixture has completely cooled down.
