Ingredients

Soya beans
(soaked overnight)
2 – 1 1/2
cups
water
1/2
cup
sugar
or a bit less
Instructions
Soak soya overnight.
In the morning, strain and place the soya in the blender.
Grind to a smooth paste.
Take in a vessel this soya milk add water.
Sieve the mixture.
Keep aside.
Take a thick bottomed vessel and add the milk and bring to a boil.When it starts to bubble away add vanilla essence and sugar.Mix well and switch off.
Homemade Soya milk is ready.
Cool completely and drink hot or cold.

You can use this milk for making icecreams,milkshakes as well.
Tofu can be made with this milk.
You can flavour it with cardamom powder too.
