  1. Take out Kai Ruchi Instant Pongal Mix.
  2. Transfer the contents in o a vessel.
  3. Add water and place it in a pressure cooker.
  4. Cook for 3-4 whistles.
  5. Add ghee.
  6. Add roasted cashew nuts in ghee.
  7. Serve Kai Ruchi Instant Pongal hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
Recipe Notes

You can add fresh curry leaves, if you want.

You can add a teaspoon of oil along with ghee.
