milk

Instructions
Boil Potatoes and peel them.Mash with the help of a fork nicely.
In a pan add butter and crushed garlic.
Now add mashed potatoes.
Add milk .
And salt to taste.
Add grated cheese.
And black pepper powder.
Add mixed herbs and mix well.
Serve with any bread or just as it is.

Notes
Add more milk if you find the potatoes dry.
Add some more cheese at the time of serving for more taste.
You can top with fresh cream too.
