Instructions
In a pan add oil and once it gets heated add chopped onion.
Add half of the spring onion greens reserving the other half for garnishing.
Slit the button mushrooms and keep them ready.
Add the mushrooms and fry till soft.
Add soya sauce.
Add green chilli sauce.
Add red chilli sauce.
Add capsicum and fry.
Cook basmati rice in usual manner and cool it.Add it to the pan .
Add salt.
Add black pepper powder.
Add rest of the spring onion greens for garnishing.
Mix well and toss.
Serve with any gravy or Tomato Sauce.
Recipe Notes
You can add more veggies like carrots, cabbage or peas.
You can also add butter while sauteing.
