honey

oats

milk
Chilled –
Instructions
Chop papaya and banana and keep it ready.
Add oats.
Add honey .
Grind to a paste.
Add chilled milk.
Blend again.
Serve chilled and consume immediately.

Papaya and banana when blended tends to get thicker.So add more milk if required.
You can add cornflakes too in place of oats.
You can replace honey with sugar.
