Ingredients

Semolina / Sooji
1
cup
pineapple
2 1/2 – 3

sugar

Cashewnuts
pinch
cardamom

ghee

drops
pineapple
essence
Instructions
In a pan add ghee and fry cashews till golden brown and set aside.
In the same pan roast rava.
Meanwhile chop the pineapples.
Bring it to a boil by adding a little water.
Add water to the rava mixture and mix well and add pineapple chunks stirring continuosly avoiding lumps.
Wait till rava is cooked and add sugar.
Add pineapple essence and roasted cashewnuts.Also add ghee.
Add roasted cashews.
Wait till ghee leaves the sides.
Yummy pineapple kesari is ready.Serve hot.

You can make the same kesari with apple as well.
You can add a raisins too along with cashew nuts.
Be sure to cook rava well before adding sugar.
