Ingredients

mustard

urad dal

Peanuts

capsicum

carrot
(grated)

curry leaves
a few
coriander leaves
Instructions
Mix well the idli batter.
By smearing some oil in the idli mould pour in the batter.
Steam the idlis for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool them.
In a pan add oil followed by mustard,urad dal,peanuts and curry leaves.
Once they crackle add chopped capsicum.
Add now molaga podi and salt.
Lastly add grated carrots.
Don’t allow the carrots to cook.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with your child’s favourite drink.

You can add peas,chopped cabbage or cauliflower too.
You can also add bell peppers of any colour of your choice.
If you want more spicy add more molaga podi.
