  1. In a blender add roasted gram,cashewnuts and green chillies.
  2. Powder finely.
  3. Transfer it to a bowl.Add finely chopped onion, grated coconut,salt and curry and coriander leaves.
  4. Mix well.Add red chilli powder.
  5. Adding water make a dough.
  6. Pat it in the shape of vadas.
  7. In a kadai of hot oil slowly drop in the vadas.
  8. Take them out once golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with coconut coriander chutney.

Notes

You can add grated cabbage or carrots for more flavour and taste.

You can also add black pepper powder in place of chillies.
