  1. Chop veggies in juliennes.Cut tofu in cubes.
  2. Cut tofu in cubes.
  3. Boil hakka noodles in water with a drop of oil,so that they don’t stick to one another.
  4. Strain and keep aside.
  5. Take a pan add a little oil and add ginger and garlic.
  6. Add chopped onions and fry till pink.
  7. Add rest of the veggies and reserve some spring onions for garnishing and cook till soft and tender.
  8. Add soya sauce,chilli sauce and salt.Toss well.
  9. Add cubed tofu.
  10. Add noodles and tomato sauce
  11. Mix well.
  12. Tofu noodles is ready to be relished.

Notes

You can add veggies like capsicum and beans.

You can even add sprouts.

Adding chilly sauce is as per your liking.

Add salt carefully as soya sauce already contains salt.
