Instructions
  1. Chop all vegetables and keep them ready.
  2. Boil water in a pan and add a drop of oil.
  3. Once the water starts boiling add noodles.
  4. Strain and keep aside.
  5. In a pan add oil and add chopped spring onions and onion.Reserve a spoon of spring onion for garnishing in the end.
  6. Add rest of the veggies now.
  7. Wait till the veggies are soft and crunchy.
  8. Add green chilly sauce.
  9. Add soya sauce.
  10. And white pepper powder.
  11. Add boiled noodles and toss well.
  12. Add chopped spring onions for garnish.
  13. Vegetable Hakka Noodles is ready.

  • You can add a spoon of tomato ketchup along with the veggies.
  • Addition of a pod of crushed garlic enhances the taste.
  • Don’t over cook the noodles.
  • After boiling the noodles run them in running cold water to prevent sticking of noodles.
