AVAL MIXTURE/POHA CHIVDA/DIWALI SNACKS
Mixture or chivda is a super snack enjoyed by all.And for this diwali iam posting those which are easy to make and with a crunch which can be nibbled upon any time of the day.This recipe is a quick fix recipe,meaning a chivda which can be prepared in a matter of a few minutes.

This is very tasty and as we all know aval or poha is healthy and filling too.I have also added a few spices and other ingredients to add flavour. All the things required are ready made and you just have to fry them and that’s it.Without wasting further time let’s jump to the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Aval / Poha
- 1/2 cup groundnut
- 3 tsp cashew
- 3 tsp Raisins
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric Powder
- to taste salt

Instructions
- In a pan of hot oil fry little by little rice flakes.
- Set aside in a strainer.
- Fry roasted gram .
- Set aside.
- Fry groundnuts.
- Keep aside.
- Fry cashews .
- And raisins.
- Fry white til.
- And curry leaves.
- Mix all fried items in one vessel.
- Add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Toss the mixture well.
- Aval Mixture/Poha Chivda is ready.

- Notes
- You can add cut pieces of copra or dried coconut and add to the mixture.
- You can add fried red chillies and and add to the mixture.
- To spice up you ca also add kala namak or chaat masala.
