This is an easy and fool proof recipe which even beginners can try it out with ease. The ghee should be added in batches and you will see that it gets easily absorbed by the semolina mixture. Be sure to add the semolina while the water is boiling and begin mixing rapidly so as to avoid lumps.  Also sugar should be added only after the semolina is fully cooked and no moisture is left behind.India is a country where sweets and desserts are served for all occasions and had in plenty. It is liked by all age groups and enjoyed to the core. This sweet can be made for any functions or as an offering to GOD during festivals and poojas.
