BEETROOT HALWA
Beetroot Halwa is a delicious dessert made with fresh beetroot which is full of colour and health.I recently posted one halwa with ashgourd and this beetroot halwa is one such sweet which will be loved by one and all. This doesn’t require any expertise or practice, just the correct addition of ingredients does the trick. It is an easy delicacy for beginners to make with confidence. My daughter is fond of beetroots and I always include in her diet a variety of dishes with this wonder vegetable. It was a liked by her and she was in awe of the dish as it was creamy too owing to the addition of khova.See down below the recipe of Beetroot Halwa and celebrate Diwali with joy..Iam sending this recipe to bloggers monthly fiesta.

- Let it cook completely.
- Add ghee and when it leaves the sides, switch off the flame.
- Add pistas.
- Mix evenly.
- Beetroot Halwa is ready.
Notes
- You can add condensed milk in place of khova.
- You can even make this halwa with only milk but make sure to use full cream milk.
- Addition of sugar is as per your taste,as beetroot itself is bit sweet,I have used half a cup.
I had made this once and absolutely loved it… looking so good…
That’s my favourite…..yum….
This halwa looks so glossy and has such a beautifully rich color. I love beetroot and although I have added it to cakes or salads, I have not made any desserts like this.
