BROCCOLI PULAO
Broccoli Pulao was one of the recipes I tried for the first time. I have some recipes with broccoli in my blog but I was not sure if a pulao can be made out of this until I was tempted it to make with Kohinoor Super Basmati Rice which I was having in my kitchen. As most kids dislike veggies and more so broccoli, I found a way to include green and goodness in their diet which forms a good lunch box option as well. Kohinoor Super Basmati is 100% pure and original Pusa basmati variety. The grains are slender and with a buttery flavour, it adds a nice taste to the dish. The rice recipe turned out to be perfect with the added goodness of broccoli which has lots of dietary fiber, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin E, vitamin A and omega-3 fatty acids.
I also added green peas to add to the taste and the rice was full of greens. The cooking of rice, the addition of spices and veggies to it, filled the kitchen with aromas and made us feel hungry. Over to Broccoli Pulao recipe.
