CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Chocolates are everyone’s favorite and I am no exception.My obsession with ice creams is not new,as I am fond of it right from my childhood.My dad used to take me to ice cream shops on weekends and I would be looking forward to it.Also during our long journeys through train He would bring us ice creams for me and my brother.Some times he would buy many fruits chop them and make fruit salad with ice cream all by himself.My love for ice creams increased after my marriage as my husband who used to take me out for food on weekends bought ice creams specially for me.So When I started blogging,this ice cream was on my to do list.As I was also having some chocolate powder in hand I started with this delicious recipe.

As I wanted an easy way of making the ice cream,a no churn method and a no egg recipe,i thought how it would turn out.But then as I used thick cream and rich chocolate,the texture came out to be super silk and creamy.My daughter enjoyed this very much .I already have custard powder vanilla ice cream and strawberry soya ice cream in my blog and I was so much looking forward to the outcome of the recipe that I could hardly wait for 8 hours.This time I was getting much impatient and At last could enjoys my fruits of labour. We enjoyed it to the core and by this method I plan to make another batch soon.

Instructions
  1. In a wide vessel add cocoa powder,brown sugar,white sugar and vanilla essence.
  2. Mix evenly.
  3. Add milk.
  4. Whisk cream and set aside.
  5. Add this to the cocoa mixture.
  6. Whisk and set aside.
  7. Pour in a plastic container.
  8. Place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  9. Take the chocolate mixture and place it in a blender.
  10. Blend nicely.
  11. Place it in the freezer again.
  12. Serve after 6 more hours or until nice and creamy.Decorate with white and brown choco chips.

Notes

Serve with chopped nuts or cherries.

You can pour hot chocolate sauce over the ice cream for more taste.

You can add sprinklers for decoration.

Use full cream milk and double cream for better results.
