COCONUT LADOO
And i thought making coconut ladoos were difficult.Once i made them i realised that this was not the only time I’ll be making them.This i made for hubby’s birthday last month and though he dosen’t have a sweet tooth,he likes coconut Barfi. So for a change i made ladoos with coconut and the outcome was overwhelming.The ladoos were soft,moist and of melt in the mouth texture and the good part was it hardly took 15 minutes to make.Wasn’t that great?So you can try this for coming festival Diwali as well and treat your loved ones.

- 2 cups coconut Desicatted
- 2 cups Condensed Milk

Instructions
- Take a heavy pan and add dessicated coconut and condensed milk.Mix well and ensure no lumps are formed.
- Keep the flame low and wait till the coconut and condensed milk are well amalgamated.
- Once cooled make balls/ladoos and roll it over dessicated coconut.
- Coconut ladoos are ready.

Notes
- You could add a pinch of rose essence or cardamom powder.
- Adding nuts is another option.I wanted milky coconut texture so didn’t add these.
