I love pink guavas.I can eat this fruit any time of the day,though we usually eat it after dinner with some salt and paprika.I first had this guava juice in a resort we were visiting last year and was quite intrigued about the flavour,they had ginger added to it and the taste was awesome.When I was just talking about that last week,I got reminded of that juice so gave it a shot.It is a simple and flavourful cooler,with minimal ingredients and can be made by kids too,so so easy.Pink guava has added flavour and it’s taste is energising.Very good for health this guava has many health benefits.It is a native to cariebbian and has lots of fibre so helps in constipation.It is good foe weight loss and can be taken by sugar patients as well with no worries.So what are you waiting for?Go to the market and bu fresh ripe red guavas and try out this super cooler.

Instructions
  1. Cut guava pieces and put in a blender.Also add ginger and sugar.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Sieve the juice.
  4. Guava juice is ready.
  5. Pour in a glass and serve with ice cubes.

You can add lemon juice to enhance the flavour.

Addition of honey in place of sugar is another option.
