It was sometime before i learnt about the benefits of soya and was surprised to know as to how we can get so many health benefits out of it.So i made up my mind to include soya in any form at least once a week.I have come across many children and adults too who are allergic to milk and are deprived of eating so many good things such as ice cream and milkshakes.A small percentage of milk also doesn’t suit them.So began a small attempt last week to make soya milk at home.I was excited as this was something very new to me and was eagerly waiting for the extraction of milk from it’s bean.Now coming to the health benefits it improves lipid profile and strengthens blood vessels and takes care of weight loss as well.What more to ask?Shall we go ahead about the preparation of soya milk?
