- 1 packet Kai Ruchi Instant Pongal mix
- 2 tsp ghee
- 2 tsp Cashewnuts
- 4 cups water
Ingredients

- Take out Kai Ruchi Instant Pongal Mix.
- Transfer the contents in o a vessel.
- Add water and place it in a pressure cooker.
- Cook for 3-4 whistles.
- Add ghee.
- Add roasted cashew nuts in ghee.
- Serve Kai Ruchi Instant Pongal hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
You can add fresh curry leaves, if you want.
You can add a teaspoon of oil along with ghee.
