NELLIKAI SADAM/AMLA RICE
Nellikai is gooseberry in english and amla in hindi.I recently saw this simple and awesome rice recipe in a magazine and soon gave it a try. This amla is loaded with Vitamin C and has many medicinal properties. It buds immunity and strengthens the bones. As we all know, amla was widely used in the making of various ayurvedic preparations and so it is aptly termed as wonder berry. My daughter loves arinellikai which is much smaller in size and tangy to taste. I made this for her lunch and she liked it a lot.A truly filling way with no compromise on health.I have a pickle recipe with amla and I am here with you to share this amla recipe.Scroll down for an easy and quick fix lunch box recipe.
