PANEER TIKKA/KIDS SPECIAL
Who doesn’t love starters?Infact there are many among us who end up eating many starters in large quantities and struggle to find place in our stomach for main menu in parties.My daughter is fond of paneer and she was insisting me for long to make these paneer tikka .Being weekend I had time to click photos at leisure.Paneer tikka I have made here is by tawa method and is one easy snack or starter to make.The biggest advantage is that you can make these in advance and assemble when serving.Don’t worry if you don’t posses an oven or grill,these made from tawa are equally delicious.I have tried with 3 ingredients but the choice is endless and you can make many combos in this.So over to the recipe of Paneer Tikka by tawa method.

- 18 - 20 paneer Cubes |
- 2 tbsps yogurt Thick |
- 1/2 tsp masala Tandoori |
- 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder |
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala |
- 1 capsicum |
- 1 onion |
- 1/4 tsp methi Kasoori |
- to taste salt |
Ingredients

- Take paneer cubes and add red chilli powder,tandoori masala,chaat masala and salt to it.Now add kasoori methi
- Add red chili powder,tandoori masala,chaat masala and salt.Now add kassori methi.
- Add now thick curd or yogurt.Mix well.
- Mix well and keep aside for half an hour.
- Take a tawa and add oil to it. Once it gets heated places all paneer cubes and shallow fry on both sides.
- Flip to the other side and fry .
- In a pan take some oil and deep fry cubed capsicum.
- And onion.
- Take all ingredients in a plate
- Arrange and serve in skewers by placing one by one paneer ,capsicum and onion respectively
Notes.
You can use pineapple cubes,tomato cubes or cucumber cubes too.
In place of tandoori masala you can add kitchen king masala.
Adding chaat masala enhances the taste.
