ROSEMARY CORN VEG DELIGHT
Not long back from Nilgiris i bought a pack of dried rosemary. I was not sure what i could make with otherwise uncommon herb in my kitchen, but when my daughter ordered a particular continental cuisine in a nearby restuarant she liked the aroma and the taste of the dish which contained this flavourful herb called rosemary. So i did a simple curry like thing which can be used as a tortilla wrap, roti rolls or can be simply eaten as well.Rosemary is not an indian herb, but it is widely used in the italian cuisine. They have a slightly bitter and astringent taste. The herb is very strong so minimal use itself is enough.Rosemary is easily available in throughout india in all depatmental stores.Check out this exotic dish and surprise your young ones.
